Peter H. Reynolds and Paul A. Reynolds visit Mitchell Elementary School to “Draw Out the Stories” with Students

Peter H. Reynolds presents to students at Mitchell Elementary School.

On Wednesday Feb. 25th, twin brothers Peter H. Reynolds and Paul A. Reynolds - known for their illustrative children’s books and educational media company FableVision - visited Mitchell Elementary School in Needham, MA.

The Reynolds brothers spent the entire day with parents, students, and staff. While they did share their stories and creations with the Mitchell community, their primary goal was to “draw out the stories” inside of everyone.

“It’s always such a wonderful experience, doing school visits and feeling the impact that my stories have on both adults and children,” Peter says.

They aim to celebrate the power of creativity and words - and how students can use those words, art, and color in positive, powerful ways to make the world a better place. They focused on fifth graders, visiting several classes and doing ideation workshops - inspiring students to create bravely!
