our story
reynolds center for teaching, learning and creativity (reynoldsTLC) is a globally recognized nonprofit social change agency dedicated to nurturing purposeful human creativity to make the world a better place. founded by twin brothers Peter H. Reynolds, New York Times #1 best-selling author and illustrator and Paul Reynolds, CEO of Fablevision Studios, reynoldsTLC blends media, storytelling, and technology to spark innovation, confidence, empathy, and compassion in learners of all ages.
building on decades of innovation in education and creativity, reynoldstlc’s first major project, funded by the national science foundation, explored lowering barriers to meaningful stem experiences for children through an affordable 3d engineering tool called fabmaker. since then, reynoldstlc has expanded to in-person workshops, an innovation hub, and a production studio for students and educators. we also host international dot day, a global celebration of creativity with over 34 million participants in 190+ countries. through creative programs, storytelling, hands-on learning, and thought leadership, we help people develop the problem-solving mindsets and skills needed to build safer, kinder, and more inclusive communities—locally and globally.
