The engaging, colorfully-designed facility offers large, flexible event space, open access wi-fi, 100” presentation screen, modular table/chair set up, three high top tables, 6 rectangular tables, upstairs kitchen, ADA optimized ramp entrance, and gender neutral bathroom upstairs, with two additional bathrooms downstairs.
Upstairs: 3,000 sq ft. Lower level: 2200 sq ft.
Our catering kitchen on the basement level makes for a perfect staging area for servicing larger events.
Maximum 150 people.
TLC Studios’ makerspace, green screen video studio, and audio podcasting suite are also available for hands-on creative activities for an additional fee if tech/media personnel are required.
PRICING:
$450 for minimum 2-hour rental.
$95 for each additional hour.
$95 cleaning fee, unless otherwise arranged.
OPTIONS:
$100/hr for in-person TLC team member on-site during event to assist with tech and general support.
$125/hr for audio podcast recording service, and after-event edited version of guest testimonials - packaged with music.
Options for custom-branded digital photo booth, music DJ, uplighting, and bartending are also available upon request.
