tlc studios event space is a bright, flexible event space and creative hub located just outside boston in historic dedham (390 washington st, dedham ma) . our 6,000-square-foot multimedia studio features an open floor plan, a 100” presentation screen, breakout rooms, a kitchenette, and high-tech gear for workshops, film shoots, professional trainings, and community gatherings. it’s more than a rental venue—it’s a creative ecosystem designed to inspire connection, reflection, and imagination. organizers love that they can arrive to a turnkey space where fast wi-fi, a/v equipment, and furniture are already in place. our colorful, art-filled studio ensures every event is memorable. we also offer office space for local businesses needing a physical home!

6 rolling tables + 20 chairs are available for free— and you’re welcome to rent your own to drop off the day before. we have an ADA-accessible ramp and 100” TV.

● 5 rooms + breakout areas
2 small rooms with seating + 3 studios for video production, podcasting, and making that can be adapted to your needs
● audio recording studio
features a sound-treated room with microphones, headphones, table and chairs, a large monitor for virtual guests or playback, and mixing console
● sensory room
a wildly fun, converted bank vault with low lighting and sound, ideal for people with sensory needs
● 100” TV screen
add your content to our fire TV via Apple AirPlay (easiest & preferred) or USB hard drive
● 2 kitchenettes & 3 bathrooms
leave your goodies in our upstairs or downstairs fridge, freezer, microwave, or counterspace. we have 3 private bathrooms as well.
